My Chimnea arrived today very well packaged and delivered by UPS in good time as advised. Put the Chimnea together, very easy and the result is fantastic! It is a great quality product at a fabulous price - I cant actually believe the high quality !!

Outstanding customer service when I needed dome spares for my Gazebo. We are regular customers and have a number of their gazebos for our small glamping site
ordered item over 12 months ago, gave them benefit of the doubt due to covid/difficulties with supplies etc. Finally given a delivery date one week ago but since then nothing. Have left messages/phoned /e mailed Jankana but no response. The measure of a good company is how they respond to problems. BE AWARE
