No respect for his customers time. He made an appt with me for brake inspection and blew me off at 8 am in 19 degree weather because he wanted me to leave my truck for two hours in what should have been a 20 min inspection. He didn’t ask me to leave the truck when I made the appointment. Go to someone who respects their appointments. He also thought my Chevy was a ford and he asked me what kind of brakes I needed. Isn’t he the brake specialist? 🙄
