I had a very brief legal question regarding a document I'd been asked to sign. I called Mr. Rubin's office, and he spoke to me over the phone at no charge. It turned out that he does not practice the kind of law I needed help with, so he was not able to answer my question. However, he was friendly and professional when we spoke, and I appreciate him taking time from his day to see if he could help me.
