So since purchasing a gift card for Christmas on Dec 11th, I have called repeatedly and have had NO response what so ever. I have heard this place is closed for good but am hoping it is only a rumor. Have left messages everyday and still no call back. I guess the next step is BBB and state attorney office. Cannot believe a place would willing take my money and not deliver. Or have the decency to even return my phone calls. Is $65.00 really worth going to jail for??
I received a gift card for here in the end of October and I've been calling for the last few weeks trying to make an appointment. I even stopped there yesterday to see if they were open- no luck. I understand things happen and businesses have to close, but there is no sign on the door or anything, no posts on the internet about it. My boyfriend spent $150 on this gift card and it would be nice to get his money's worth or at least a refund! I have received multiple gift cards to this place. I called to schedule an appointment for this weekend and the phone is disconnected. The gift cards were purchased for me at Christmas time. How can they take money from so many people over the holiday and then close their doors with no notification. Does anyone have an update on this place? I am outraged.
I have been to several spas throughout the country and this one has the worst customer service! My grandmother, mother and I waited for a pedicure once for 30 minutes. Okay once is excusable but this morning I called at 1040 to see if they had an opening for another pedicure and they told me that they would have to call me back because she didnt have time to look at the schedule when I was on the phone with her.
