This is a long term family business that makes you wish that there were more just like them. A wonderful combination of warm, friendly, professional and super switched on. They listened to what we wanted and took the time to discuss options. They were meticulous in making sure the solution was just right for our home and they took cars and left everything clean. There’s no compromise. Ours was a tricky job, including correcting some poor work from others in the past. Wish we’d found them sooner. Absolutely recommend.
From going into their Willoughby showroom and meeting the very polite, no pressure to buy Halle who answered all my questions honestly, to installing the Daikin Alira X, split system, reverse cycle air conditioner at my residence in Chatswood took just seven days only. Robert and the installation team were on time, safe, professional, and even cleaned up after themselves!
Went past twice on Monday during advertised business hours and the "store" was locked and nobody in sight. Great way to do business.
Outstanding service! I highly recommend this company. Very happy with my Daikin airconditioner. You won't find a better expert in the field than Joe - he goes out of his way to help customers and answer any questions you have. Everyone at Jaicrest is friendly and highly knowledgeable. They offer reasonable prices and have really high standards of work. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
Joe is very knowledgeable and determined to get the best outcome for the client when installing air-conditioning. We had a tricky install post a renovation and he had great solutions, he really thought it through. His staff are all professional, tidy and polite. Thanks Joe!
