Not happy i was not informed of my mums passing 5 days ago i put complaint in to head office but they said not their problem
We're very happy with the love, care, dignity and respect shown by the care staff towards our mam. We are overwhelmed by the support offered to us too. We have observed how the staff treat other residents, with such levels of compassion and patience. It is humbling to see and reassuring to know that our precious mum is surrounded by a very special group of carers.
It's not until you have a family member move into a home that you realise the amount of work involved in caring for older ones. I can't say enough in praise for the dedication of the staff here. They're so friendly and helpful, they really go the extra mile for the residents. Thank you all.
