Tom the owners was very nice and walked over and chatted with us.
The service department is hard to get ahold of which is frustrating. However, I arrived at the dealership for my service appointment at 8:15am and I was checked in by Curtis and back home (via shuttle because I had to leave my car there for repair) before 9:15am and I live almost half an hour away. The process was really fast and easy. They notified me about a recall I wasn’t aware of and got that taken care of. Says they open at 7:30am but informed they do not open until 9am. Considering I don’t live in the city it’s very inconvenient and misleading to drive down just to have to come back for a simple problem.
I have contacted this dealership SEVERAL times in the last year and half since I’ve move to the springs and I haven’t heard back from the service department one single time. These cars are too expensive to experience such bad customer service.
