Shopping at Jag's for a new bed was made easy with the help of a Monica. She was helpful in navigating all the questions my mom and I had about this purchase and alleviating any of the anxiety that I was feeling about such a big purchase. She was helpful in advising and suggesting what would be best for my space, but allowing me the space to sit with my decision and the choices I had. She was really responsive and receptive to any of the questions I had. I would highly recommend Jag's Furniture to my friends and family.
My sales representative was Joe. I received very good service from him. He let me take my time in choosing the couch I was looking for. Never rushing me to make a fast decision. In all, I was very happy and satisfied with the great service he gave me.
