This store is perhaps the best spot for backcountry and mountaineering gear I've ever encountered. Not only do they have top end gear, they have the staff to match. Everybody there is helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. When I destroyed the lever for walk mode on my backcountry set up they were able to replace the broken part immediately.
This store is awesome. It has absolutely everything you need for outdoor adventures. Quality brands, great help, and friendly staff.
What a great place!
Sales girl was lovely. Manager has absolutely no customer service skills. We spent close to $800 and would have happily come back to spend more, but he point blank told us he couldn’t care less if we bought anything or not. All this with the owner steps away. It was a price mistake they made and decided it wasn’t worth our business or loyalty to stand behind it. If all of one item is priced something then you stand behind it and the fix the rest. ESPECIALLY ON CHRISTMAS EVE!! Absolutely disgusting.
