Puneet Jain went over and above to take care of my notary request. He was extremely welcoming and helped take care of a variety of admin tasks. He was very generous in sharing so much information related to other issues. Such a fortunate experience
After explaining our request 3 times, Jagdish quoted us market rate, but we said we'd get some quotes first. He had pulled our Title Search without our permission and insisted that we pay for it. When we explained that we already had our Title Search and would have given it to him had he simply asked for it, he started yelling at us. As we left, we apologized to the receptionists for the inconvenience who were understanding.
