Never will I go to this establishment again. After first visit I tried to make appt. Suppose to go weekly. No appt for month! They will call they get cancellations ALL time.. My phone blows up every few days with reminders that I’m not meeting my quota for therapy? Really? I requested clinical notes a month after visit to give to surgeon. My first time going for PT my appointment was at 3:00pm they sent the pre-check in link at 2:35pm same day while I was driving to the appt. They shorted my session because according to them I got there late because I had to fill out all the paperwork but I got there at 2:50pm. They asked me if I had received the link I said no until now that you guys send it. The provider also said that she had to leave few minutes earlier because she had to be somewhere, from 1hr went to 40mins. It been over 3 months and still dealing with ... read more
This place is like your own little pravite therapist place is neet and clean i give it a ten out of ten
JAG has changed by life! I was living with so much pain, but because of them I am pain free. Every therapist there is amazing. They are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful and I can’t recommend them enough!
