If I could give a 0 star rating - I would! Checked in this afternoon for my son who is autistic for an evaluation. We arrived at 4:15p for a 4:45p appointment. We sat down and since my son is not familiar with the place, he was curious and was walking around the waiting area. We understand we were early but we had no issues waiting. I guess it was more of an issue with the staff because they were whispering and make comments such as "why are they here so early", "what is the deal with the kid". An excellent team and a great facility.
I walked into JAG Physical Therapy a skeptic but came out well convinced that I was at the right place. Ryan, Matt, Nick, Maryal, Victoria, Sara, Oscar, Sam and all others at this location took care of my shoulder and helped me a lot. They were very friendly and patient with me. I had good improvement over time. It looks like I may need surgery after all but at least I am well prepared, thanks to the wonderful people at JAG, Westfield.
