Haytham at the Edgewater location was amazing (as is the entire crew there). Everyone is so nice and engaging and really took care of their patients. Definitely go here!
So far I've had a good experience at this physical therapy facility. Kacy my therapist, has taken her time explaining my treatment and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.
I visited here five times for my fracture injury, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Their treatment model appears to involve one therapist handling too many patients at the same time, so I did not feel I received enough focused attention. Even during my scheduled appointment time, I often had to wait to ask questions, and the actual one-on-one time I received was less than five minutes.
