Charmi is the best! She cares she is gentle. For the reviews that say differently, honestly charmi is the kindest PT I have EVER met. And all rehab after surgery hurts. To say a caregiver hurt you so terribly on purpose sounds ridiculous. You had surgery it hurts and so does the rehab!
This review is more about the therapist, NOT THE OFFICE. I Recently Had Total Knee Replacement. I Went to “Jag” in Park slope (4th Ave) for PT, Horrible Experience !! THE WORST !! I’m well aware of “No Pain, No Gain” and I also knew that PT would be painful and hard work which I have no problem with and prepared myself. I just wanted to get better and move forward.
