Having never been to PT before, I was very skeptical, especially at my age (80). I was pleasantly surprised. The professionals and staff there are very professional, friendly, kind and patient. There is always a two-way discussion about your treatment and you are encouraged to ask questions. You can always take a break if you are feeling overwhelmed. You go at your own pace and are never forced to perform anything that is beyond your capabilities. I would definitely recommend JAG Physical Therapy to my family and friends.
