The best place for physical therapy! The physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable, caring and experts in manual therapy. The setting is so welcoming from the minute you walk in with the amazing front desk staff. The techs are engaging, helpful and assist the physical therapists with top quality care. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable during a very difficult rehab process. Jag Tappan is professional, accommodating and supportive. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great care!
I had a mixed experience at this clinic. Before my first visit, I asked them to call me to explain how my insurance would cover the appointment, but I never received that call. The staff was friendly, but it took a while to determine my out-of-pocket cost. I was told the amount quoted would be the maximum, which I agreed to.
