The physical therapy provided by Jim Kalchbrenner was excellent. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. But JAG's billing practices are unbelievably sleazy and/or incompetent. They made me pay for services upfront, and then, once my insurance company paid them, they refused to refund me nearly $500 that I had overpaid. After many angry calls and emails, I finally got back most of the money, but now, over 6 months after my last PT session, they are still refusing to refund the rest.
