My experience at JAG has always been excellent. The office staff is so helpful and friendly and the therapists are outstanding. Binal V. is devoted to helping to patients achieve their goals. I wouldn't hi go any place else for PT!

Very disappointed with their billing practices. I went there because they were in my insurance network. The first visit was billed with "in-network" codes, and I paid the expected co-pay. However, I was never informed that some of my subsequent visits would include services billed with "out-of-network" codes. Even though they collected my co-payments at each of these visits, I later received a substantial and unexpected additional bill in the mail. I understood that there might be additional charges.
