Lynn Simon and her team at Jag One in West Orange, NJ are incredible at what they do. Lynn figured out exactly what my hand needed to improve and the team helped to carry that out. It is very easy to make an appointment with Vanessa at the front desk or by phone. She is kind, smart, willing and able to schedule 6-8 week appointments. Jag One is easy to get to and there’s plenty of parking. There are no stairs to contend with and there’s a lovely bathroom in the treatment room. Alyssa is my primary Physical Therapist since 1/28/25. I was non weight bearing for 6 weeks when I started after left foot bone fusion. She has done a tremendous job helping me throughout my recovery. The foot has responded well to her plan. Alyssa is professional, knowledgeable, organized very positive and has demonstrated outstanding relationship skills. It has been a pleasure working with her.
