The special on the sausages (2kg for $12) isn’t worth the value. I have found due to the low fat content in the sausages makes them difficult to cook without burning.
Definitely great service, but they can't even get their premium mince right .... which exudes orange fat (i.e. old meat cuts) when cooked. Not my go-to local butcher !
JAG meatworx is a very Good butcher. The service is excellent, the lady that served me was polite and kind. The meat is always fresh. They have beautiful variety of all types of meats. I'm very happy when I go there and I will continue to buy what I need in this Amazing Butcher.
Inconsistent quality and poorly trimmed so that you are paying for so much fat and waste that should have been nicely cut off.
Bought a scotch fillet steak and cooked it medium, firstly the meat had a very strange texture, it had a weird vein of gelatinous fat separating it down one side, I let it rest and then found one third of the steak to be tender and the other 2/3rd’s boot tough, very disappointed, I won’t be returning.
