Always get steaks from here for the charcoals talent of the chef aside the steaks are always beautiful super thick super fresh and good marbeling. I had one occasion where they accidentally put the wrong cut of steak in with one of my bags but it was a more expensive cut so i considered it a win
I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing and polite service I have always received from the staff. None more so however, than the special treatment I was recently given by a senior staff member; customer service that surpassed anything I have experienced for a very long time.
The mince is not too grade mince it smells like offal cooking and awful taste plus next day my t-bone and lamb chops turned brown plus expensive for what you get
They should have a sign or something saying that they can’t cut any meat that’s not displaying even though they’re open! Been here at least two times now 2 or 3 hours before their closing time and they couldn’t cut a piece of meat. Never happened before anywhere else. Definitely won’t be coming back. Customer service can be very poor sometimes too. Shame.
The special on the sausages (2kg for $12) isn’t worth the value. I have found due to the low fat content in the sausages makes them difficult to cook without burning.
