What a phenomenal experience! The atmosphere was incredibly calming from the moment I walked in, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back!
I had an appointment at Jade Massage Center today. The massage itself was average, but unfortunately there was loud drilling right outside the door that lasted about 90 minutes of my session. It was very disruptive and made it difficult to relax. I mentioned this when paying. The staff member apologized, which I appreciated, but no adjustment or discount was offered despite the significant noise during the appointment. Parking was also inconvenient. I wish there was a zero option so I could give it. I had a 6 hour layover at Washington airport so I decided I to venture out to get some food and a massage. I called them and told them I would be there between 11:45 and 12:00 pm and I was coming from the airport. No My uber took a little longer than expected. Absolutely loved the massage! The rooms were super comfortable and the service was outstanding. You would be hard-pressed to find a better value in the area.
