Unacceptable!! I called several days on advance to schedule massages for me & a coworker after work on Friday. We arrived at the scheduled & confirmed time. After waiting about 5 minutes, we were told that they had a scheduling error and our massages would have to be one after another, as only 1 massage therapist was scheduled AND we would have to wait because she was with another client. Really nice place! My daughter and I loved it!
Horrible time management make appointment and they aren’t even there after driving to the location. Then they take another client in your place then ignore your phone calls. Disappointing
