Terrible experience with them. Worst accountants I have ever worked with in 6y running my business. They delivered our FY19 tax return 9months late, and our new accountants had to redo it... They usually dont reply to emails and when they do that s after the 3rd or 4th follow up. Don’t get tricked if they tell you they work with Xero, because they don’t. Absolutely disgraceful so called “accounting firm”
