I received my first order from Jade Bloom today after hearing about them from my sister. In addition to my order I was expecting a free gift (a sample bottle of one of their oil blends). Unfortunately, the free gift appeared to be missing. When I reached out to them, they were very apologetic and took care of the situation right away.
