Went in to buy a dress to wear to my daughter wedding , I was looked up and down with a look of disdain as I was in my work clothes. Would never ever go in there again. Rude rude rude!!!!
Went in to buy a dress for a work occasion, was immediately looked up and down, judged by my clothes (jeans tshirt and converse shoes) and was walked away from, other ladies that walked in after me in there more “suitable” attire were greeted with a friendly smile and told about the 25% discount sale. Went to Noni B next door was greeted with a friendly assistant and she helped me pick a beautiful dress. Spent $300 in Noni B. Shameful experience.
Purchased a Venus dress & Cromby 2 button coat very good quality and staff extra helpful.
Fantastic service - the staff know the products inside and out. More than happy to order from other stores and deliver if the size isn't available. Cannot say enough how friendly and helpful the ladies in store were. I have continued to return to the store several times, and they are always consistent in their service. The sizing is consistent for all products too.
Sienna the sales assistant at Tuggerah store is just lovely. Very helpful, friendly & really knows her products Would recommend a visit this store if you're wanting to update your wardrobe
