I received fantastic service from Katherine/Catherine today. I came in looking for a nice black dress for a funeral, and she was so respectful and caring. Couldn't have asked for better assistance. Definitely recommend this location if you have any clothing needs!

Friendly staff and service at this store. One issue I have is with sizing. I realise the style and cut can contribute, but in general sizing is smaller at Jacqui E (not the only brand). Do not guess your size and try on in-store. Disappointed a pair of pants I purchased have mock back pockets and size was out.
Would like to commend Ms. Kaithlyn/Katherine of Jacquie-E Pitt Street SYD, there were 4-5 of us in the store before lunch but even by her lonesome, she still managed to assist everyone, pulling out the requests for sizes of stock, checking the fitting rooms, processing the sales, answering calls, giving her inputs on which style looks best, even tips of tying a belt on dresses. She is very cheerful, helpful and knows the rack location of the clothes . Very impressive memory!
The Jacqui E Curve range is truly exceptional, offering a stunning selection of clothes with a great variety to choose from. Their flexible returns policy is a standout feature, allowing you to return items both online and in-store. I got carried away buying so many beautiful pieces, but unfortunately, I ended up with quite a few items in the wrong sizes.
