I would like to appreciate one of the lovely ladies at the outlet(15/9/26), although unfortunately I forgot her name. One of the items we wanted wasn’t available, but she kindly arranged it from another outlet and asked them to keep it aside for us. She was so patient, friendly and helpful throughout, with a lovely smile. She went out of her way to help us find the right sizes and made sure everything was available for us. Her patience and excellent customer service were truly appreciated. Thank you so much!
Well stocked outlet, tidy and very well mannered staff. Even on a busy weekend shop was tidy. I shopped there on 28th Sept, a young lady named afra offered me the best customer service with patience. Love this outlet
Outstanding service today from the 2 girls at DFO. I miss old fashioned customer service like this. The smiles and helpful nature to organise picking up a dress at Melbourne Central location is a rarity but I commend Jackie E on hiring quality staff that reflect their brand. Those girls deserve recognition for their customer service. As a retail business owner, this is what I aim for in my staff.
