Suzan at Roselands store was so magnificent and so patient with us coming in 15mins to clip g and she welcomed us with a smile and said no rush take your time. We were out of the store with our new Christmas blouse by 6.53pm and the shop closed at 7pm. The whole experience was amazing Thankyou for employing such considerate people.
**I'm in Roselands tonight** I visited Jacqui E, located in Roselands Shopping Centre. The fashionable, chic clothing exceeded my expectations, making it a great shopping experience. The staff is highly knowledgeable and provided personalised attention. The only negative is that prices are on the higher side, but the quality justifies this.
I made a visit to the Roselands store on Saturday 8th July and was looking for something specific. Unfortunately they had the item though not in my size but I was extremely impressed by the service I received from both Patricia and Antoinette. This is not the first time these ladies have served me and it won't be the last. Extremely helpful and I found them very welcoming once I was in the store. This is now my Jacqui e store. The rudest staff ever at Roselands. Absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed! Learn to speak to customers with respect without a rude tone. If you can't do your job properly I highly suggest finding a new job where you don't have to deal with people.
