Went to the store this afternoon and was warmly welcomed. Both staff members were so helpful and had excellent customer service even though the store was quite busy. I made a couple of purchases and will be back. This was such a refreshing change after visiting the Portmans store and being ignored for 10 minutes. Well done and thanks for your help.

Usually my go to store but today very disappointing. The sales lady just didn’t seem to listen or hear after me saying “no, just this one today” more than 3 times and tried to sell me the same pair of pants that I had already despite me telling her repeatedly that I already had them. Went in wanting 4 items came out with one due to hearing multiple times that head office didn’t send the stock to them. Such a shame customer service is dropping.
