Fantastic service today I wish I caught the sales assistant name middle aged female short hair glasses. She was completely honest and friendly only purchased one dress but couple more online when I got home as they didn’t have any size 6 in store
Honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.
I was there 7-8 weeks ago and received full service and respectful treatment from the manager of the store. A young lady who was very polite, helpful and professional. I would like to give a big compliment to the entire team there and the manager.
Top class customer service. We had to exchange something which we had lost the receipt and the lady (I assume the manager) went over and above to help us. Very kind and friendly. That is customer service.
Bad customer service. The person at the store behaves in a way that they are doing us a favour. Went yesterday morning to return a few items purchased online and they said they don’t have internet to process it and can’t do it -nothing much. When asked multiple questions further, I came to know that they have requested for a repair and the technician might come in the afternoon to fix it. They didn’t even offer a proper apology.
