Thank you to Margaret at Jacquie E Liverpool Shopping Spree for assisting me courier a top to my work place. I am grateful to Margaret's friendly, efficient and helpful customer service. I went in to try a skirt which I liked and had it hanging (with tags) out of one of my shopping bags. As I continued to browse in the store, the older lady seems like the manager, told another worker to make to check my bag as it seems like I have one of their items. I heard the conversation but continued to browse but noticed they followed me. I turned around and said I was going to pay for it, if I was going to steal it, I would have done a better job of hiding it. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Went into store today to purchase a blazer for work, waited for ten minutes before an employee approached me after asking for help. Employee seemed annoyed when serving me and didn’t bother to address my needs.I didn’t end up buying the blazer. Poor effort from this team. Will not be coming back 👍🏼

Frequent customer here. I normally always have a pleasant experience however today was different. I was just browsing looking at the beanies at the register and overheard an older lady who seemed to be the manager talking down on an employee to a customer. She seemed very rude when talking about the employee. Very unprofessional behaviour to be discussing these matters with a customer. This put me off from purchasing anything so I just left the store. Seems like a very unprofessional workplace setting!
