I usually always get good care from Jacqui-e stores. But the best Jacqui-e customer service ever received is from Debbie and another lovely lady at the Greensborough shop. Debbie suggested a few things that might suit me. I thought na i’d never choose those styles. But i was wrong and Debbie was 100% right. She took one look at me and knew exactly what suits my body. I just had the best shopping experience this morning with Debbie and another beautiful worker in the shop. I bought more clothes than I went in for, just because she was so helpful and fantastic styling.🫶🏻
I have VIP experience there today The ladies were super helpful and so passionate and cares so much. I needed many matching styles for my business meetings and they offered me best matches and OMG, they were so sweet and lovely.
I don’t know the managers name at greensborough but she is the rudest and most arrogant person I have ever met. She looked right through me when I went into the store. There were no other customers in the store she didn’t come to me till I called her and then she took her time. She knew I had a return and refused to do anything about it. Disgusting attitude I left in amazement I have never had such a terrible experience I will never go there again.
