Very rude and impolite staff who would refuse to help you for everything you expect while being at their store.
I was shopping at Jackie e Essendon DFO on Boxing Day.The store is very busy but Wasana is very helpful, very polite and always smiling and goes all the way to find the right size for me.Thank you Wasana for your excelent service.
Great service however the music in the store is too loud. I shop better (and more) when the music is low and relaxing. So please lower the volume. Why do stores have loud music blaring all the time?
Attended this store at 10am on 03/02/2022. Received the best retail service I've ever had. Silvia was polite, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The quality of the clothing is great. I expected to pay at least $300 for a pants suit but I paid half that. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone looking for a high quality women's suit or corporate wear, to check this store out.
Very helpful staff and very friendly. Genuine sale and good quality clothes of all sizes. Am a satisfied customer.
