I visited the store to buy some work clothes and was disappointed with the lack of service. Upon entering, the two ladies were preoccupied with chatting and didn't acknowledge my daughter and myself. While one of them did put 3 pairs of pants in the change room for me, that was the extent of the assistance we received. Despite the empty shop, there was no attention given to us while we tried on the clothes. Fantastic customer service from your staff (didn’t catch her name, but we discussed she lives in Jimboomba). I had travelled 30+ minutes to find a plus size suit combo and this lady spent a great deal of time with me ensuring I felt comfortable in the pieces I was choosing. I now have a suit that is tailored to my body shape and makes me feel amazing for my interview. Outstanding staff like this is so rare to find.
After being recommended to try Jacqui E for an upcoming wedding outfit, I would like to say thank you so much to the busy staff on Sunday. The lady (Connie I think her name was) was so helpful with sizes and outfits. My final choice of pantsuit was loved by both myself and my husband who waited patiently chatting with a young man who was waiting for his mum. Connie engaged with them both as well which was fun to listen too as I was changing. Thank you again
