went in on the 29/05 at 11:30 in the morning. the rude stylist with glasses was clearly racially profiling. my mum was looking for a dress in a bigger size and asked very nicely. the woman was being cut and short with her and pointed her to the opposite direction of the store. she is black. a white woman trying on clothes came out onto the shop floor letting the same woman know she was looking for a different size. the woman treated her with respect and called her lovely and everything. racist employees in 2026? disgusting. ... read more
I went to the store today just 25 minutes before closing. As soon as I entered, the storekeeper, who was wearing a hijab, immediately informed me that the store would be closing soon. I confirmed the closing time was still 6 PM, but she kept pressuring me to try on dresses. I felt rushed as she repeatedly mentioned the closing time. I finally went to pay at 5:50, but she refuses to add my loyalty points and I later discovered she hadn’t removed the security tag from my dress. Now I have to return to the store. Horrible service from a cranky old lady with red ish/brown hair. Went in to look for a suit shirt with some friends. One of my male friends went to try on a skirt and stood in front of the mirror. She asked if we needed help and had said yes and she had ignored me. my friend was a intimidated by the way she had come up to us so said that he didn’t need help and tried putting the skirt back but it was very quickly snatched out of his hands.
