Really horrible refund experience, I tried to return a skirt that had the tags that was within the refund time with my afterpay proof of purchase unfortunately I didn’t have my receipt but had definite proof of purchase, the lady tried to argue with me every step of the way saying they don’t do afterpay refunds even tho I bought it in store with afterpay, she also said it’s been over the 30 days and it had not, she then proceeded to try to say she can’t refund me and I have to exchange or get a gift card,I had to be rude in ... read more
