I boldly proclaim Jacques to be one of the few remaining of a dying breed. Old school tailor shop, and he was able to fit these massive biceps and dad bod belly into my suit just in time for the most important evening of my life. Tremendously skilled and provides excellence in customer service. This is the only option for a tailor.
I am not here to deter his name, but this is my honest review. This Guy is very disrespectful. He has terrible customer service and is always having a high temper. He is always screaming and yelling back at his customers. His prices are a bit reasonable, but some alterations are too costly. There have been three instances where I had given him my suit with a week and a half for him to get it done, and on the day of that I am supposed to get my suit, he forgets that I had given him my suit a week ago. Great guy he promised me to help me get my suite for my wedding and that’s what he did outstanding service and professional. I’m a heavy set guy and he was still able to help me out and I have the best suite for my wedding. And he also works super fast if your in a tight time frame he will get you ready. I would recommend him to anyone.
One of the best tailors in the area.. I have also bought multiple custom itialian suites that look great and a good cost. Please check this place out. I loved them so much I hired Jacque to do my wedding.. the guys looked very stylish and modern.
If I could give this man 0 stars, I would. We needed 7 suits for our wedding. Went to him 5 months before and figured out colors with him. 3 weeks before the wedding, he called me and told me he needed me to tell him the colors again because he couldn’t read his handwriting.
