They did a wonderful job redesigning my grandmother’s coat.
Stole my grandmother's three coats- a Sable, mink and fox! So sad because she was their for over 40 years. Unfortunately, the employee was not interested in hearing me. The owner spoke with me in May 2020 and again in July 2020 to confirm the location of my items at their Delaware vault. However, the worker insisted my coats were destroyed in Phila riots in March 2020. Make it make sense. I would like the owner to contact me to resolve.
