Jacques observed that a nonprofit's linking of websites was sub-optimal in delivering relevant search traffic. I passed the suggestion on. They later consolidated and reorganized along those lines, making the site more useful and easier to find (can't say it was cause and effect, but the guidance was correct).
I've came across Jacques and his services about a year ago and I have been floored by his knowledge. First and foremost there's a TON of noise in the digital marketing strategy space - and it's a super tall task to be able to identify a proper service provider.
