Outstanding service!! My machine had not been used in over 35 years. Needless to say it was in dire need of servicing. I took it to Jacqueline’s and she worked her magic and got it fixed and it was ready the very next day. She even posted a video on her YouTube account showing the machine and how it was now working like a top, describing how it works and some additional info about the machine. I highly recommend her services!!
I was very pleased with the cleaning (way over-due!), repairs, and maintenance done by Jacqueline on the Riccar I've had since 1973. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and prompt. Her price was more than reasonable and I was also able to obtain various sewing items directly through her. I wouldn't take my old friend to anyone but Jacqueline.
