On her own time, when she didn't even need to, she called me direct to tell me that the bank had sent my mtg docs to her in error, instead of the notary in Terrace. The fact that she took the time to call me and ensure I knew what happened, and then followed up with my bank on my behalf, means so much. I wish I could have used her for my notary but she was going to be out of office when my mtg closed. Thank you for your professionalism Jacqueline!
