Context: She was supposed to provide a contract for Tuesday for a financial settlement between myself and another party. With the potential of engaging with the parties' lawyer and providing small tweaks to the proposed contract. E.g. minor negotiations. Jacqueline states she is "HANDS ON" with 23 years experience. NOT SO AT ALL. She "PRIMISED" to get back with me on 3 separate occasions (appointments) yet she says they were NOT appointments. REALLY? I'll call you on Monday At a meeting, will call you when done. I'll call you tomorrow between 3 and 4 PM. Two words- dishonest and unethical. After pocketing my $1,000 ret fee a week later she emails to say sorry can't extend the foreclosure process. Ouch! That was after she said it was extendable the day I went on my consultation.
Attorney Salcines has been my lawyer for numerous real estate closing and she has proven to be knowledgeable, diligent, trustworthy and experienced and a great person in your corner. I can't imagine closing a real estate deal without her expertise and assistance
