I would not recommend Trevor at all. I'm very disappointed as I expected much more from his services. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. My phone records all conversations. I specifically said id pay whatever you want for the service. Blatant liar. Hes a professor at Algonquin college yet he did not know the correct definition of a sublet. Stay away if you have a landlord tenant board problem.
