To say I am disappointed with the service I received is an understatement. I won't go into details other than to say when i pay for a service my expectation is that the service is complete. On Feb 28th I paid $475 to add a Sonos Sub woofer to my system that was previously installed in my back yard..We are approaching 30 days since I paid for the system and I can't even get a return call .
