I began an engagement with this accounting firm over 5 weeks ago regarding some small business tax consulting. I sent over the material, and didn’t hear back from Jacobson Jarvis for weeks despite several promises that the information had been received and was being reviewed. I'm very frustrated at the unprofessional communication and would advise avoiding this organization.
