Avoid at All Costs – Unprofessional and Unreliable I had an extremely disappointing experience with them. From the start, they were unhelpful and dismissive, showing little interest in explaining the tax process or answering my questions. Communication was consistently poor, and they made no effort to ensure I understood what was being done with my tax return.
