They didn't pick up the phone for me I had to call a different cab company
A very rude woman answered the phone. She couldn't understand what I was saying and said I said something I didn't and then hung the phone up on me. I called back for a manager and she said she was calling the police. Seriously? There are WAY too many other cab companies put here for this. AVOID them.
January 24, 2004 @ 6:30 PM I take Jacob Taxi occasionally from East Orange to West Orange. A few months ago, I used to pay $11 for my trip. Around 4 weeks ago when it started getting cold, the driver charged me $15. I just took the taxi again and this thief charged me $20 even after telling him what I used to pay. I called the dispatcher and he told me the correct price should be $12. When I told him that I need the name of the driver so I can report him to the owner, he refused.
