This is the best CPA firm I have ever dealt with.
I had to select one star because there is no option to not select a star or negative stars. If you are a rational and reasonable human being (and a professional), I will respect and save you time. There are many tax preparers so it is easy to go to any other one of them besides Jacobs & Company LLP. As a paying customer, not only was I mislead on tax strategy that had a $5,000 swing by their junior accountant and was over charged for the service, it then led to months long unprofessional emails and culminated with a final ph... read more
