I hired this firm on the recommendation of a friend, to file an IRS offer on some unpaid taxes. Tom Jacobs, one of the owners was the person I met with at my first meeting. I initially paid $5000, thinking, from my conversation with Mr. Jacobs that this would be the total cost for this service. A letter was written and I was given a laundry list of documents to get to the firm then I took in the check, and it was all sent in to the IRS.
