Ordered a Boss watch for $300 allegedly powered by a quartz battery. It arrived doa so either it had no battery or battery was dead. ( couldn’t tell from the back of the watch whether is was genuine.) Anyway returned it because opening up a water resistant watch to see if it had a dead or no battery is surprisingly expensive. Lesson learned.
Don't even bother ordering online from their website, they say they have watch in stock, but they will just hold on to your money for weeks and say excuse as awaiting shipment for stock.
After recieving a broken product and not getting a response from this seller, I went to various review sites and found that I'm not the first one to get scammed and likely not the last. Thankfully it was less than a $20 purchase for a new watch strap. The photo shows what was sold along side of the watch that was supposed to get the new strap installed. What a dirtbag operation...
Ordered the hard to get Timex Marlin Jet at less than half the retail price. Came very fast, less than 4 days. I'm highly impressed with Jacob Time. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you!
